The mission of the Cardinals Team Management is to assist with the positive development and maturing of our 18+ players as both ballplayers and men. And, to provide the opportunity for non-college age ballplayers to play on our tournament teams.

The Cardinals Team asks all of its players to play at their highest level on the field while respecting all fans, umpires, fellow and opposing players, managers, and coaches. The Cardinals Team strives to promote a high standard of ethics that will ensure mature attitudes and promote the enjoyment and experience of playing baseball.
